Love with Aromatherapy
April 7th 2006 04:56
Since we had a big night of clubbing planned, Taffy and I decided to spend the afternoon in bed.
(Oh, I’m calling her Taffy now.. she's sweet, has a strange thing for taffeta, and ‘my girlfriend’ would get creepy and possessive after a while, trust me.)
As we weren’t sleepy, we whiled away the hours testing products for your benefit and in experimentation of other kinds. I can therefore offer the following advice:
Lavender and Chamomile shower gel has more aphrodisiac power than musk or vanilla or whatever large companies are pushing these days. Plus, think of the novelty value. Seduction should never seem hackneyed.
On that note, kissing someone while holding a large hunk of chocolate in your mouth is never as sexy you think it’s going to be, especially if you make the other person close their eyes first and they are as surprised as I was.
And while White Lotus and Orchid body cream sounds heavenly and feels heavenly gliding over your skin, like most heavenly messengers it would really prefer you to live your life in chastity, and enforces said chastity by making skin taste very unpalatable.
Replace with Body Butter (cocoa and shea) and you’ll have yourself a yummy afternoon.
This information session was brought to you courtesy of-
Avon Naturals Soothing Lavender and Chamomile Shower Gel,
Naturelle’s White Lotus and Orchid Moisturiser,
Sarira Body Butter,
and Nestle Mocha Truffle Chocolate.
Wishing you the very best for your next romantic encounter.

Stanley, I really can't comment there, but since I'm a tragically poor student and don't have that much choice in the selection of toilet paper brands, I guess I just have to make my own fun.
Oh, and Cibb! Trust me, I have plenty of material to write a long (boring) rant about the virtues of essential oils vs fragrances. But fake lavender- ick.
And thanks Sonia
